Description

Sanibel #1007 is an interior 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 10th floor with views of Little Lagoon and views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is approximately 1536 sq ft with 9-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors in living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances all set in granite counter tops. The living/dining area provides a relaxing space with incredible water views of the Gulf. The primary bedroom features a king bed, en suite bathroom with double vanities and a tub/shower combo, private balcony with water views overlooking Little Lagoon. The two guest bedrooms both feature a queen bed, one of which has an en suite bathroom with double vanities and tub/shower combo. The hall bath has a standard one sink vanity and tub/shower combo. Sleeps 6. King, Queen, Queen. No Sofa Sleeper. 25 year age limit.
2 car limit.

Sanibel is a 17-story building across street from the beach located approximately 2.6 miles West of Highway 59. The property offers resort amenities including outdoor pool, beach access about a block down, hot tub, sauna, fitness center and grilling area. Lagoon Pass Park is right behind the building. There is a two car limit. 25 year age limit to rent. 2 car limit.

This rental property management company was the most unprofessional experience we’ve had in our lifetimes! From the first days rental contract until our final request for a 2 hour extension on our checkout time your management company was surly and unprofessional. Even wanted to charge us $130 for a 2 hour late checkout!!! We have known the property owner for 33 years and have stayed at this same property a dozen times over that period and have NEVER been treated so badly by the management company!!! We communicated to Susie Proffitt, the owner, our dissatisfaction with your management team. In addition, we will never stay a this property ever again with your company managing the property!!!
