Ocean House #2903 is a Gulf-front condominium located on the ninth floor of Building II, offering beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. This approximately 1000 square-feet condo features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and Gulf views from both the living room and the Gulf-facing primary bedroom.

The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests.

Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements:
Gulf-Front Primary Bedroom: King bed with Gulf views and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. This bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed with an attached bathroom featuring a stand-alone shower.
Living Room: Sofa bed for additional sleeping space.

Ocean House #2903 is an excellent choice for families seeking a spacious Gulf-front vacation rental with beautiful water views, convenient amenities, and comfortable sleeping arrangements.

Ocean House I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and a small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23.

Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at the guard house or office in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and the cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

The only thing i think could use improvement is the floors need to be scrubbed. They were very dirty. Looks like the throw rugs were 10 yrs old and never been washed. Other than that a very good experience.

First time at the Shores, not all that impressed. Would probably not go back to that location. Our unit requires much needed maintenance. Could be so much better if the toilet didn’t continue to run, closet door came off the hinges, light fixtures didn’t work, broken guess bed .... Ect

Very nice condo! However while we were gone, someone entered our condo, turned down the air, left alcohol bottles in the sink and on the balcony. We immediately reported to learn someone entered "mistakenly " entered the wrong condo. I just think that if I entered a condo and saw that someone was still occupying it, I would immediately leave and report, not have a drink on the balcony. I felt our privacy was invaded, and had hoped that VRBO or the owner would make it right,but, no action was taken.
