Island Tower #1503 is a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Gulf-front condominium located on the 15th floor of Island Tower, offering beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. With approximately 1,600 square feet of living space, this condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Condo Features and Amenities
Gulf-front views: Floor-to-ceiling tinted windows and sliding glass doors provide stunning Gulf views and abundant natural light.
Private balcony: Living area and the Primary Suite Gulf-front bedroom offer direct access to the Gulf-front balcony.
Spacious living area: Enjoy 9-foot ceilings, 20-inch tile flooring, and 8-foot interior doors.
Fully equipped kitchen: Features stainless steel appliances, double ovens, and granite countertops.
Comfortable climate control: High-efficiency air conditioning helps keep the condo comfortable throughout your stay.
Primary suite: The en-suite bathroom includes double vanities, a jetted soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower.
2nd primary: The en-suite bathroom features convenient tub-and-shower combination. Also include balcony that has limited view of the bay and gulf.
3rd bedroom: Has access to the north balcony with limited view of the bay and gulf.
Hallbath: Features tub-and-shower combo.

Island Tower #1503 is an excellent choice for families or groups seeking a spacious Gulf-front vacation rental with beautiful views, comfortable accommodations, and convenient access to the beach.

Island Tower is a 26-story building with 62 units (three on each floor) with covered garage parking (clearance 6' 8") and NO oversized vehicles are allowed on property. Island Tower is located 0.5 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. The property has an infinity outdoor pool and an infinity climate-controlled indoor pool. The exercise room offers a dry sauna and workout equipment overlooking the gulf. The property also has a picnic/grill area. Island Tower is a smoke-free facility. Minimum age to rent: 21

**Please Note: This condo comes with 2 free beach chairs and 1 umbrella per stay starting March 1st through October 31st. Instructions are posted inside the unit on how to claim your 2 chairs from beach attendant.

*Saturday to Saturday 7 night minimum in Spring and Summer seasons.

The condo was right on the beach easy asset to the beach! You can walk to restaurants ,coffee shop. Sit out on the balcony and look at beautiful ocean! Just a nice place to stay! If you had a question you could text or call and they would respond back.

A few things about the rental. Elevator issues were terrible; two breakdowns. Too many decorative items in condo; moved to give us more table top room. Great kitchen supplies, but we are fridge and microwave people. Sheet on master bed had a footprint on it. No shade in living room facing water so difficult to see tv. Stains on white sofa and chair. Lots of beach items, but would have liked cushions on outdoor furniture. Great lighting. Beds too high. We would like to come back, but want a smaller, lower building. Don't need indoor pool or workout room. Easier parking would be nice. We have been coming for five years so the location is good for us. Please contact us if you can find a another good rental. We'd love to come back ... it's the sand, surf, sun and you have very nice phone staff. Only issue with your company was we were given the code and told the unit was ready, but when we got there the woman was still working ... she was working hard. We had to wait another 45 minutes to go in. Appreciated sink maintenance so quickly, too.
