There was and all over the floor and inthe beds. We had to walk with socks or slippers the entire time. We only had one till of tissue for each bathroom and one full of paper towels for 3 days and it wad 2 adults and 4 children.

We had an amazing time. The property was in a great location. No problems with parking. Unit was clean upon arrival. We did have an issue with the refrigerator; however, we called the emergency number at 9pm and it was fixed by 9:20pm. We didn't go out to attractions or restaurants as we brought the fun but there is plenty to do around the area if you want to spend the extra money. I thought the description said a King, 2 queen and 2 twin but I might have been mistaken. Regardless we had an amazing time and would love to rent this exact unit again next year if available.

This condo was in good clean condition. Perfect location for my elderly mother to watch us at beach and pool. Only problem was ac didn’t cool like we would have liked. It never shut off because it never reach 72 degrees, what it was set at. I contacted them to say I had my elderly mother on oxygen with us. They bought us two fans that helped

Unit location was nice. However, the washer and dryer didn’t work well at all. Washer didn’t spin out well and the dryer took forever. The a/c never got below like 76. For some reason cell service wasn’t great in building either we all dropped calls daily even w WiFi. The 1st floor right above the pool was a great location to interact w the people w us who wasn’t in the water.

The unit was adequate. It was a 3 bedroom. The furniture was tired not in great shape. The unit was very dated. There was a nice couch and 1 chair that was comfortable. They had 2 outdoor swivel chairs for inside seating. One of these chairs leaned forward and you could not sit in it because you felt like you would fall out. The cleanliness of the unit was fair. The kitchen was stocked fairly well. Mostly just a lot of cheap mismatched items. The units air never cooled under 78 degrees. The outside air conditioning units are right outside of the elevators close to the units doors. This gave off unbelievable heat so much the doors were hot. You could not stand it for more than a few seconds. It needs a major updating for what I paid. The pool furniture was sparse and not in good shape. The pool also needed work. The parking is tight. The location is good.

This was one of my favorite places I’ve stayed! No hassle to book! The only complaint I’d have is it did take the air a long time to cool down when we got there, it stayed on 75 until the next day even when it was lowered! Still loved this place though!

This is an older complex. It really needs updating. The AC Units are right outside the door in the hallway. When you step off the elevator you are hit with heat coming off the units. There is rust along the door frames in the complex. The bedding in the units were stained with blood and other matter. I pulled back my sheets to climb in bed the first night and there were blood stains and black stains on the sheets. The comforters in the twin bedded rooms were stained with blood and disgusting. I would not recommend staying in this unit.

Legacy condominiums is a small density complex and has many repeat guests. Rust is a inevitable in the Gulf Coast climate. This year Legacy has went under a huge renovation on the exterior this year and is still ongoing. While the AC units are in the hallway may not be conducive to some we never have had concerns/complaints about A/C locations. Condominiums are limited with space and mechanics of the nature are built to inspection and code. This was the design of the building. Our deepest apologies concerning the sheets. Thank you for calling to report as we immediately dispatched housekeeping to bring new sheets and we also credited back the guests cleaning fee. We sincerely apologize for cleaning issues - things get missed but we try to address them immediately for our guests. Thanks again for reporting.

Legacy #103 is a west corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium on the 1st floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1324 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths. Recently remodeled master bath and redecorated throughout. The 2nd bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and the hall bath has a tub/shower combo as well. King, Double, Twin, Twin, Sofa sleeper. Sleeps 8.

Legacy is a 9-story building with 3 units per floor located 1.3 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Legacy has an outdoor seasonal pool with a waterfall. The property also has a barbecue grilling area. 2 car limit.
