Everything was just a short walk away! <br/>I will say I wish there were some hooks or something to hang our towels on in the bathroom! Other than that the room had everything we needed! <br/>Very happy with our stay!

When I drove onto the property and saw the Condo Unit from the outside, I must admit I had some reservations. However, when I walked into our BEAUTIFUL efficiency condo on the inside, ALL concerns were gone! The unit was small, but sparkling clean, well laid out, the bed was fantastic, the furnishings were great - everything was AWESOME!!! The ONLY complaint is that the pillows were very HARD - so I recommend bringing your own pillow.<br/><br/>The beach is right across the street, and numerous restaurants are within easy walking distance.<br/><br/>For the price, this place is a gem. I recommend it highly!

Beachview 214 is a completely remodeled cozy efficiency studio condo located in the heart of Gulf Shores right across the street from The Hangout. It has a king bed, custom tiled walk-in shower, and small kitchenette with a mini refrigerator. A laundry room with coin-operated machines is located on-site. King. Sleeps 2. No monthly rentals.
Beachview Condominiums is three stories small complex in the heart of Gulf Shores. It sits directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, The Hangout, Pink Pony Lounge, and the Gulf Shores Public Beach. Mikee's Seafood and Picnic Beach Restaurant are both directly behind Beachview. It consists of 50 condos built in 1995 with mostly small efficiency units. The condo's prime location is one of its best attributes. There is some covered parking for smaller cars. Compact Cars Only. No trucks or SUVs are allowed and will not fit under the parking garage entrance. Parking for larger vehicles is beside and behind the complex.
The minimum age is 25 to rent.
